Les Imprimés – I’ll Never Leave b/w If I
Les Imprimés are a Norwegian band who offer up deep neo-soul music. Singer and multi-instrumentalist Morten Martens has a voice that would have sounded perfect for 60’s AM radio, and the production is about as authentic as it gets for the time period.
Grup Doğuş – Grup Doğuş’tan Aranjmanlar
Don’t let the cover fool you – Grup Doğuş produce great Andalou music! The band hails from Germany but have Turkish roots, and bring the wild sound of Anatolian Rock and meld it to surf music, psychedelic rock and Hammond organ vibes.

Arrowounds – The Rise and Fall of the Melting World (Extended / Alternate Master)
Lost Tribe Sound delivers the goods again. This album comes to us from the band Arrowounds out of Athens, Ohio, and it sounds like something emanating from the most brutal part of the Rust Belt. It is fine listening for it, as the droning noise feels almost cinematic in scope.

O Branco e o Índio (The White and the Indian) are a neo-Krautrock band out of Brazil whose sound also touches upon art-rock, psych and experimental rock. Intensive listening, but very interesting.
Dalai Cellai – Harem’s Conspiracy – An Oriental Elegy
Greek-Mongolian Berlin-based cellist Dalai Cellai offers a simply gorgeous track with blends a modern take on classical music with elements of hard rock, progressive rock, waltz and tango. I’m hoping to hear what she can do in with a full album. Stunning.
