Our dear friends at Mahorka Records bestow us a fine album of frighteningly good electroacoustic music, brutal in its tenor. From the label’s Bandcamp site:
“Eric Latteux aka Internal Fusion is a dark ambient artist, born in 1964, based in Britany (France). He has been active since the early ’90s and made a name with his unique sound, with notable releases on Staalplaat, Désaccord Majeur, Kokeshidisk, Taâlem, Oxidation and Attenuation Circuit, as well as series of exclusive releases at his Bandcamp page.
Internal Fusion debuted on Mahorka in 2022 with the highly acclaimed “IWWA” album. 4 years later, he is back with a blast – a fresh new album for the label, “Le conte de la pensée dernière”, coming again as free (cc) digital download and in beautiful limited CD edition.
This album has been fully inspired by a book called “The story of the last thought” from Edgar Hilsenrath (“Le conte de la pensée dernière” in French). This is, actually, more a tale than a story…. Seven of the fourteen chapters have been illustrated/covered here.”
